How much is shipping?

All our products include free shipping inside the USA sent via USPS Standard, the International Shipping is via UPS and Expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail) is available at an additional charge.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business day and take 3 - 5 business days to ship via UPS Ground and 2 - 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail, depending on the destination. Please note our carriers may have occasional delays (e.g., during the holiday season), so it's best to get your order in early if you need it by a particular date!

Before placing your order, please double check for any typos in inputting a recipient’s shipping addresses, change of addresses, or mail unable to be received in an apartment building. Orffit is not responsible for such issues.

When your package has a tracking number available, you will receive an email notification.

Does my Fitness gift box ship as shown?

Yes, in most cases we will mirror the layout shown in the lead photo of your fitness gift box. Each package is handled with precision and care to ensure the unboxing is an experience of its own. Each gift comes with our beautiful white branded box and a mindful thankyou card.

 Please note in limited cases your gift box may not be packaged exactly the same as the lead photo, but we promise it will still look great! This rearrangement helps ensure none of the products within the box are damaged upon arrival.

What are the dimensions of each baby gift box?

We have 2 standard size box:

Small 10'' x 8'' x  4''

Large 12'' x  12'' x  4"

Can I customize my items?

 Yes, you can customize ones of the article inside of your box, only leave your name on the "Specific Instruction to the seller" on your shopping card and we do the rest for you. 

 My order is a gift. Is a receipt and/or price tags included in the package?

We never include receipts, price tags and packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that many of our orders are gifts. Your order confirmation/receipt will always be emailed.

Do you ship to hospitals?

To ensure the package arrives timely (i.e., while mom is still in the hospital), please email us at info@orffit.com to discuss further.

Do you ship internationally?

To order from an international location, please email us at info@orffit.com to discuss further and calculate your shipping rate. 

My tracking says the gift box was delivered but my recipient never got it. What are my options?

If a gift box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our team will do everything in our power to help, which includes calling the carrier and troubleshooting as needed. Please note, in some instances, the issue may be out of our control (e.g., stolen/lost packages). In such instances, we will do as much as we can to resolve, including filing a claim with the carrier.

At this time, we do not accept returns, our product is unique and have the high quality that you expected. However, we take pride in ensuring your baby gift box arrives as intended – uniquely curated and beautifully packaged.
