All US order over $35 is elegible for free shipping in all USA. Order is sends out via USPS Priority Mail, the International Shipping is via UPS and DHL Express
Our current processing time is 1 to 4 business days. Our default method of shipping is USPS priority mail, which takes approximately 2-3 business days to deliver within the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO. Most customers receive their order within a week, but delays are possible.

The glass part can clean on the dishwasher
- Use the bamboo bottle brush as you need it
- Bamboo lid is not dishwasher friendly, avoid to put it on the dishwaher
- Dried your bottle with a towel or paper towel on the edge of the filter, after you fill out with water
