All bottle come with complimentary neoprene sleeves. Neoprene is a synthetic rubber, known for its resilience and resistance to water, oil, and heat, making it a good insulator. What does this mean? It means that your favorite bottle will remain cool and you can pick it up without having to worry about the water condensation dampening your hands!

Care Instruction
- The glass part can clean on the dishwasher
- Use the bamboo bottle brush as you need it
- Bamboo lid is not dishwasher friendly, avoid to put it on the dishwaher
- Dried your bottle with a towel or paper towel on the edge of the filter, after you fill out with water

All US order over $35 is elegible for free shipping in all USA. Order are shipped using USPS with a tracking number provided.All our products include free shipping inside the USA and it sends out via USPS Priority Mail, the International Shipping is via UPS and DHL Express
Our current processing time is 1 to 4 business days. Our default method of shipping is USPS priority mail, which takes approximately 2-3 business days to deliver within the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO. Most customers receive their order within a week, but delays are possible.
